She Creates: Rural — Terms & Conditions

1. Event Organizer

The She Creates: Rural conference (“Event”) is organized and hosted by AgCulture Marketing, LLC (“Organizer”). This is a for-profit event.

2. Registration & Payment

  • All attendees must register and pay applicable fees to attend.

  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the Organizer.

  • All sales are final. Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

3. Sponsorship & Attendee Information

  • We respect your privacy. Attendee contact information will not be sold or provided to sponsors, partners, or other third parties, except as required by law.

  • Sponsors may interact with attendees during the event, but all communication outside the event will require direct consent from the attendee.

4. Event Content & Advice Disclaimer

  • The views and opinions expressed by speakers, presenters, or participants are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of the Organizer.

  • AgCulture Marketing, LLC is not liable for any advice, recommendations, or information shared during the Event. Attendees are responsible for their own business decisions and actions taken as a result of attending.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Organizer shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from attendance at the Event, including but not limited to travel delays, cancellations, or changes to the program.

  • The Event is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Photography, Video & Media Release

  • By attending, you grant the Organizer permission to photograph, film, or record the Event and use such media for promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.

7. Changes to the Event

  • The Organizer reserves the right to change the Event schedule, content, speakers, or venue at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
